Paperwork
As an A2 I have found that the best way to stay on top of everything you need to do and complete everyday is by making paperwork. Most of my paperwork includes an Actor entrance and exit plot so that we can find Actors quickly to clear any problems before they hit the stage.

Backstage combined Track
We had an A2 and A3 on this show however the backstage track could be run by one person if necessary. If something broke during the show or if I needed to step away to fix a transmitter we would run this track.
This track includes what mics to listen to at what times so that we could hear and fix any issues before the actors hit stage, as well as mic pack switches from hairline to mask.

This piece held all of our mic work notes, rig lengths, paint colors etc so when we needed to do maintenance we could always reference this.
